Usage:
3508 Generator Set Engines ( 23Z)
Description of Change: A larger vibration damper is used on 3508 Generator Set Engines, which operate at 1500 rpm (50 Hz). The new damper is larger and provides more torsional dampening, which provides better wear life in the front idler and pump drive gears.
Adaptable To: The new 7C9641 (not serviced) Damper Group is effective with serial number 23Z2134. When used together, the parts listed in the chart are a direct replacement for the former parts.
