New Gasket Replaces O-Ring Seal On Manual Valve Group And Plug Group Used For Testing Cylinder Pressure{1101}

3600 Family Of Engines
Description of Change: A gasket is now used in place of an O-ring seal on the manual valve group that is used for testing cylinder pressure on the 3600 Family of Engines. This same gasket is also used on the plug group that is used in place of the manual valve group. The gasket provides a better seal between the cylinder head and the adapter. See illustrations.

Adaptable To: The new 9Y3200 Gasket can be used on the end of the 7C2415 Adapter instead of the former 5P5598 O-ring Seal. The new 9Y3200 Gasket can also be used on the end of the 7C2416 Plug instead of the former 5P5598 O-ring Seal. Notice the difference in the locations of the two parts.
