Modes Of Operation

LEDs on user machine interface

(40) Load protected LED

(41) Minor fault LED

Normal

Normal is the standard operating mode, set by default in the factory. There are two possible cases for being in the normal operating mode.

The first normal operating mode is that the normal AC source is available. The Load Protected LED (40) is on.

Mimic Panel

The second case for operating in normal mode is that the normal AC source is not available. The Minor Fault LED (41) is on. The buzzer sounds intermittently. LED (51) on the mimic panel is green.

The display indicates any anomalies related to the AC source or the UPS as well as remedial action if applicable.

Press the function key (44) next to the arrow that is shown on the display to turn the buzzer OFF.

Loads on Battery Power

The load continues to be protected by the UPS when the normal AC source is not available. Power is supplied by the battery.

The Minor Fault LED (41) is and the ON. The buzzer sounds intermittently. The load is supplied by the battery

The Major Fault LED (42) is ON. The buzzer sounds intermittently. The load is transferred on the bypass AC input, if present.
