Engine Governing - Adjust
可用 Caterpillar 电子技师(ET)调整油门执行器的响应。 使用下列配置参数以便调整发动机的油门响应:

注: 比例增益的调整可直接影响油门执行器的反应速度。 当实际发动机转速和期望发动机转速之间有差异时,会发生此故障。 比例增益的过度增加可能会增加不稳定性。
如需调整发动机的比例增益或整体增益,使用 Cat ET "信息"下拉菜单中的"实时绘图"特性。 进行发动机转速和发动机负载绘图提供了观察调整效果的最佳方法。
调整后,必须通过中断发动机转速和 / 或负载来测试稳定性。 可使用Cat ET 的"突变"特性以提供发动机转速中断。 使发动机在全部的转速和负载范围下运转,以确保稳定性。
为了设定比例增益,增加比例增益直到执行器变得不稳定。 缓慢地降低比例增益,使执行器稳定。 使用 Cat ET 检查发动机转速。 在稍微过调或欠调时观察发动机运转是否正常。
整体增益设定的调整使执行器对负载和转速改变的响应衰减。 增加整体增益提供较小的衰减。 降低整体增益提供较大的衰减。 如需降低油门过调,降低整体增益。 如需降低油门欠调,增加整体增益。
注: 整体增益的增加可能需要降低"比例增益",以保持稳定工作。
重复调整比例增益和整体增益。 继续调整调整比例增益和整体增益,直到发动机转速达到稳定。 确保发动机响应伏在转速的改变。
