千万不要折弯吊环螺栓和支架。 吊环螺栓和支架只能承受张力负荷。 要记住当支承构件和物体之间的角度小于90°时，吊环螺栓的承载能力变小。 当必须在某一角度搬移部件时，只能使用具有适当额定载荷的连杆支架。 |
使用起重机拆卸重的部件。 使用一个可以调节的吊粱起吊整个机组。 使用一个可以调节的吊梁起吊发动机。 所有的承载构件（链条和钢丝绳）应互相平行。 链条和钢丝绳与被吊物体的顶面尽可能保持垂直。
有些搬移工作要求用吊装工具吊装，以确保适当的平衡和安全。 吊装工具有助于保证安全。
吊耳是为每个机组设计和安装的。 改动吊耳和/或发动机会使吊耳和吊具不适合改动后的情况。 如果对吊耳和/或发动机做过改动，则应确保提供合适的起吊装置。 有关发动机正确起吊的吊具资料，请与卡特彼勒代理商联系。
请勿只使用发动机吊耳或只使用发电机吊耳来起吊整个机组。 起吊机组的步骤采用三点起吊方法。 这些起吊点是前部的发动机吊耳 (4) 和位于机组后部导轨上的两个吊耳 (5)。
要只卸下发动机，请使用发动机上的吊耳 (3) 和 (4)。
注: 试图起吊发电机前，需要先拆下控制面板和接线箱。
要只卸下发电机，请使用发电机上的吊耳 (1) 和 (2)。
