Generator Set Engines Equipped With Jacket Water Heaters
The jacket water heaters used on generator set engines have no external markings to identify their voltage requirements. A way to determine the voltage requirements of the jacket water heaters is to check the resistance across the electrical terminals on the heater. The chart lists the voltage requirements, output, and resistance of the various heaters and their part numbers.
