Usage:
The new 1U6392 Pressure Reducing Valve is available to regulate pilot or control pressures to hydraulic pumps during bench testing. This new valve can be used with Aidco, Wolf, and Schroder test benches. The new 1U6392 Pressure Reducing Valve will allow the test bench operator to run hydraulic pumps, with high horsepower input requirements by destroking (lessening the pump stroke) to arrive at a lower horsepower rating.
The new valve is a pressure compensating, cartridge type, pressure reducing valve. It incorporates a locking hand knob to adjust the outlet port pressure. The valve manifold has two test ports to accommodate reading the inlet (supply) and outlet (regulated) pressures.
The 1U6392 Pressure Reducing Valve has an operating range of: 18.9 L/min (5.6 gpm) rated flow from 520 to 10300 kPa (75 to 1500 psi). The inlet, outlet, and tank ports are 3/4"-16 SAE ports. The test ports are 9/16"-18 SAE ports.
This new pressure reducing valve can be very useful when bench testing the following pumps: 3G3287, 3G7230, 8J1905, 8J2344, 8J4380, 8J6853, 8J8723, 9J9362, 9T5187, 9T4731, 9T4732, 9T6713, and 9T6714.
