Installation Procedure

Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the hoses for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to aftercooler (4). The weight of aftercooler (4) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).

- Position aftercooler (4) and install bolts (3) .
- Remove Tooling (A) .
- Install tube assemblies (1) and tighten clamp assemblies (2) .

- Turn the external water supply to the ON position.
- Connect the negative battery terminal at the battery.
End By:
- Install the turbocharger outlet pressure sensor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger Outlet Pressure Sensor - Remove and Install".
- Install the inlet air temperature sensor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Inlet Air Temperature Sensor - Remove and Install".
