Assembly Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Install O-ring seals (9) onto core assemblies (10). Carefully install core assemblies (10) into aftercooler housing (1) .

- Install O-ring seals (11) onto the core assemblies and install bonnet (12) .
- Install bolts (13) .
- Install O-ring seals (2) onto the core assemblies.

- Install spacers (3) .
- Position O-ring seals (4) and install both bonnets (5) and (8) .
Note: Position the bonnets with the marks that were made during the disassembly.
- Install bolts (6) .
- Position the O-ring onto adapter (7) and install adapter (7) .
End By: Install the aftercooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Aftercooler - Install".
