Description of Change: New engine oil coolers with rubber end sheets in place of brazed end sheets are used on the above engines. The rubber end sheets allow the core to absorb vibrations and give longer life.
Adaptable To: The new core can be installed on earlier engines if the associated new parts in the oil cooler lines are also installed. See the applicable charts, as determined by the engine arrangement number. The former core assemblies and associated parts are still serviced.
