Description Of Change: Improved discharge hydraulic hose assembly routing is now used on certain 950L, 950M, 962L, and 962M Medium Wheel Loaders. The new discharge hydraulic hose assembly routing will increase the service life of the machine.

Adaptable To: The following changes are adaptable to the products within the listed serial numbers, and are effective with all products after the listed serial numbers.

The new routing will move the hydraulic hose assembly off-center of the machine to allow the hydraulic hose assembly away from the hitch pivot line. Discharge hydraulic hose assembly connected continuous from the pump to the main valve. Use the table below for mounting the hydraulic hose assemblies.

1. Use Illustration to view the location of areas (A), (B), (C), and (D).

2. Install adapter (24) into the bracket.

   Install fitting (16) and O-ring seal (4) into adapter (24).

   Install dust cap (15) onto fitting (16).

   Connect one end of hose assembly (31) onto adapter (24).

3. Install connector (21) and O-ring seal (9) into the valve section.

   Install tee (1) into connector (21).

   Install tee adapter (11) and O-ring seal (17) into tee (1).

   Install cap (20) and O-ring seal (17) onto tee adapter (11).

   Connect connector (18) and O-ring seal (10) onto tee adapter (11).

   Connect the other end of hose assembly (31) onto connector (18).

   Refer to Illustration 1 to secure mid section of hose assembly (31) with saddle (3).

4. Install block (7) onto the frame with four bolts (25). Tighten four bolts (25).

   Install elbow (19) with O-ring seal (22) onto block (7).

   Connect hose assembly (E) and O-ring seal (14) to elbow (19).

   Connect the other end of hose assembly E onto the valve with the retained bolts.

   Refer to Illustration 1 to connect the other end hose assembly (E) onto the valve with retained bolts.

5. Install bracket assembly (12) onto the frame with three mounting saddles (3), six plated washers (29), three bolts (28), three washers (23), and three nuts (6). Tighten three bolts (28) and three nuts (6).

   Secure mid section of hose assembly (E) with grommet (30), two clamps (8), four hard washers (26), and four bolts (27). Tighten four bolts (27).
