- Open the engine hood.

(2) Engine Oil Filler Cap - While the engine is stopped, maintain the oil level in the crosshatched region of the engine oil dipstick (1).

NOTICE After you add oil, wait 10 minutes for the oil to drain down to the crankcase. After 10 minutes , check the oil level on the dipstick.
- If necessary, remove the oil filler cap (2) and add oil.
- Clean the oil filler cap and install the oil filler cap.
- Close the engine hood.
