- 将销 (2) 与机油泵盖 (10) 上的孔 (X) 对准。 确保机油泵盖与惰轮组件 (11) 同心。
- 将新的接头安装到板 (5) 上。
- 将喷油泵的连杆引入位，以使连杆在缸体的孔内活动自如。 对准前壳体 (6) 和板 (5) 上的定位销。 将前壳体 (6) 安装到板 (5) 上。
- 安装紧固件 (3) 并紧固至扭矩
10 N·m (89 lb in) 。 - 将工具 (A) 从曲轴的鼻端拆下。
- 将新的 O 形密封圈 (7) 安装到前壳体 (6) 上。 将盖 (8) 放到前壳体 (6) 上，然后安装螺母 (4) 和螺栓 (9)。
- 拧紧螺母 (4) 至扭矩为
50 N·m (37 lb ft) 。 - 如果发动机配备涡轮增压器，将软管连接到接头 (1) 上。
