Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Remove and Install

Start By:
- Release the hydraulic system pressure.
- Remove the engine side guards on the left side of the machine.
- Remove the front bottom guard.
- Remove the hydraulic tank cap and install Tooling (A). Apply
276 kPa (40 psi) to414 kPa (60 psi) of air pressure to Tooling (A).Show/hide table

Illustration 3 g03884893 - Remove bolts (5). Remove cable strap (2) and position harness assembly (3) out of the way. Remove fittings (4).

- Install hydraulic oil cooler (7) in the reverse order of removal.
