在温度低于 −18 °C (0 °F) 或者高于 2000 m (6561 ft) 的高海拔时,发动机起动性能将由于使用水套水加热器或额外的蓄电池容量而得到改善。

当使用第 2 组柴油时,以下零件提供了一种最大限度减少寒冷天气下出现起动故障和燃油故障的方法:发动机油底壳加热器、水套水加热器、燃油加热器和燃油管隔热层。

请遵循寒冷天气下的起动步骤。

注: 起动时不要调整发动机转速控制。 起动时,电子控制模块 (ECM) 将会控制发动机转速。

  1. 脱开任何驱动设备。

    注: 钥匙开关接通期间,指示灯将点亮 2 秒,以检查指示灯的操作情况。 如果任何指示灯均没有点亮,请检查灯泡。 如果任何指示灯保持点亮或闪烁,请参阅故障诊断与排除, "指示灯电路 - 测试"。

  2. 将钥匙开关转到 RUN(运转)位置。 将钥匙开关留在运行位置,直到电热塞警告灯熄灭。

  3. 当预热塞警告灯熄灭后,将钥匙开关转到起动位置,以便接合电动起动马达并盘动发动机。

    注: 电热塞警告灯的操作时间将会随环境空气温度而变化。


    注意

    当飞轮正在转动时,不要合上起动马达。 不要带负载起动发动机。

    如果发动机没有在30秒内起动,松开起动开关或起动按钮并等待2分钟,在再次起动发动机以前,让起动马达先冷却下来。


  4. 发动机起动后让钥匙开关回到运行位置。

  5. 如果发动机未起动成功,重复步骤 2 至步骤 4。

    注: 发动机不应通过 “高速运转” 来加快预热速度。

  6. 让发动机怠速运转 3 到 5 分钟,或让发动机怠速至水温指示开始升高。 在寒冷天气中发动机起动后怠速运转时,将发动机转速从 1000 rpm 提高到 1200 rpm。 这种操作方式能够使发动机更快地预热。 如果安装了手动油门,使用该控制装置使长时间将发动机转速保持在提升了的低怠速转速的操作更加容易。

  7. 在低载荷下运转发动机,直至所有系统达到工作温度为止。 暖机期间,检查仪表。

  8. 可允许恒速发动机空载达到工作转速。 施加负载前,操作发动机 2 分钟。
