Description of Change: The new tank assembly is manufactured by using a new process for the filler neck. The new process will improve the integrity of the filler neck.
Adaptable To: The new 298-2005 Exchanger Tank is a direct replacement for the 101-1610 Exchanger Tank. The former tank assembly has been cancelled and replaced by the new tank assembly. The new tank assembly is adaptable to all earlier engines. The engines that are listed in Table 1 are manufactured with the new tank assembly.
