变速箱 ECM 控制换档点。 进行变速箱换档所需的基本部件及其相应要求如下:

变速箱换档控制 - ECM 必须要知道所需档位。 变速箱换档控制提供接地信号。 该接地信号随选择的档位变化。 变速箱 ECM 也支持 "J1939" 换档杆。

变速箱输出转速传感器(TOS) - ECM 必须要知道变速箱的输出转速。 一个 TOS 传感器告知 ECM 变速箱输出轴的转速。 该 TOS 提供此信息。

变矩器输出转速传感器 - ECM 必须要知道变矩器的输出转速。 一个转速传感器向 ECM 提供与变矩器转速有关的信息。

换档杆 - 变速箱起到手动换档的作用。 变速箱换至换档杆选择的档位。

变速箱离合器电磁阀 - ECM 必须用电力进行变速箱换档。 ECM 使用两个独立的电磁阀输出来进行变速箱换档。 变速箱一次只能换入一个档位。 ECM 用电力使两个电磁阀通电来进行变速箱换档操作。

下列各项是例外情况。

  • 如果变速箱输出轴转速超过 1500 rpm,切勿尝试从前进档换至驻车档。 除非发动机转速低于 825 rpm 且变速箱输出轴转速低于 1500 rpm,否则 ECM 不会将变速箱换至驻车档。 这可避免损坏离合器和盘,从而防止变速箱过早出现故障。

  • 变速箱不允许在不相邻的档位之间直接换档。 变速箱允许自动顺序换档。 如果允许换档,变速箱将会从当前档位顺序逐档升档至所需档位。 变速箱也会允许顺序降档。 变速箱会在每个档位停留一段最少时间,以避免离合器打滑以及损坏变速箱。

有四个事件会记录在 ECM 中。

  • 变矩器油温高

  • 变速箱油滤清器堵塞

  • 变速箱误操作

  • 转速传感器冲突
