Removal Procedure

1. Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

2. Open engine enclosure door (1).

3. Open access door (2).

4. Remove bolt (3) and in order to disconnect harness assembly (4). Remove bolt (5) and bolt (6) in order to disconnect harness assembly (7).

5. Remove the bolts and remove electronic control module (8).

Installation Procedure

1. Install electronic control module (8) in the reverse order of removal.

   1. Tighten bolt (6) to a torque of 6.0 +1.5 -1.0 N·m (53.10 +13.28 -8.85 lb in).

   2. Tighten bolt (4) to a torque of 6.0 +1.5 -1.0 N·m (53.10 +13.28 -8.85 lb in).
