Installation Procedure

1. Attach Tooling (B) and a suitable lifting device to engine (43). The weight of engine (43) is approximately 3515 kg (7750 lb). Use Tooling (B) and the suitable lifting device in order to install engine (43) to the machine.

2. Use Tooling (A) in order to position the pump drive and torque converter (47) with engine (43). Install bolts (46).

3. Remove Tooling (A) and the suitable brace from pump drive housing (45).

4. Install bolts (44).

5. Remove Tooling (B).

6. Connect hose assemblies (42).

7. Attach a suitable lifting device to plate assembly (33). The weight of plate assembly (33) is approximately 32 kg (70 lb). Use the suitable lifting device in order to position plate assembly (33) to the machine.

8. Install two bolts (41) (not shown) and bolts (40).

9. Connect harness assembly (37).

10. Position plate (35). Install two bolts (38) (not shown), bolts (36), bolts (39), and bolts (34).

11. Connect the other end of harness assembly (37).

14. Install clips (30).

22. Connect harness assemblies (20) and clip harness assemblies (20) to the frame.

25. Position compressor (17) and install bolts (16). Install belt (15).

31. Install clamps (8) in order to secure tube assemblies (9). Position hose assemblies (7) to tube assemblies (9). Attach the cable straps in order ot secure hose assemblies (7) to tube assemblies (9). Tighten clamps (6).

35. Position lower grill (2) and install. Install upper grill (1). Repeat this step for the opposite side of the machine.

36. Turn the fuel shutoff valves to the ON position.

    Note: The fuel shutoff valves are located behind the fuel tank.

37. Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position.

End By:

1. Install the coolant tank.

2. Install the hydraulic tank.

3. Install the hood.
