Description of Change: The new track carrier roller has a carbon steel shaft with a larger diameter and improved surface hardness. This will improve the strength of the shaft and increase the service life of the track carrier roller. A new mounting bracket assembly is required to install the new track carrier roller.

Adaptable To: The new 375-6431 Track Carrier Roller replaces the former 227-5971 Track Carrier Roller in the undercarriage arrangement. The new track carrier roller uses the new 340-7513 Bracket As to accommodate the new 375-6431 Track Carrier Roller .
The new 375-6431 Track Carrier Roller is adaptable to the machines DHA1-1793 and FBH1-2124.
The new 375-6431 Track Carrier Roller is effective in production with the machines DHA1794-UP and FBH2125-UP.
Before installing the new carrier roller and mounting bracket on a field tractor, refer to the special instruction above. The special instruction outlines a track roller frame inspection procedure to address the possible root cause of any carrier roller issue first. Then, one of the improved carrier roller options are available for installation on a field D6K Track-Type Tractor.
