Exhaust Manifold - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove the turbocharger. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Remove".
- Disconnect hose assembly (1). Disconnect harness assembly (2). Loosen hose clamps (3). Loosen hose clamps (4). Remove hose (5). Disconnect harness assembly (6).

Excessive use of sealant can cause damage to components. To avoid component damage use only the amount of sealant necessary for the application. |
- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the studs. Position the gaskets and exhaust manifold (16) on the engine. Install nuts (15).
