- 利用工具 (B) 将密封 (7) 安装到轴 (9) 上和水泵壳 (8) 内。
- 利用工具 (A) 和适当的压具将叶轮 (6) 安装到轴 (9) 上。 安装叶轮 (6) ，直到叶轮 (6) 和水泵壳 (8) 机加工面间的距离达到 0.75 ± 0.25 mm (0.030 ± 0.010 in) 为止。
- 定位垫片 (5) 和后端盖 (4) 。 安装螺栓 (3) 和垫圈。
- 安装 O 形密封圈 (1) 和 (2) 。
注: 检查 O 形密封圈有无磨损或损坏。 如有必要，更换O形密封圈。
