  1. Attach a suitable lifting device to tilt control valve (3). The weight of tilt control valve (3) is approximately 30 kg (65 lb). Use Tooling (A) and the suitable lifting device in order to position tilt control valve (3) .

  1. Install three bolts (7) (not shown).

  1. Connect tube assemblies (6) to tilt control valve (3) .

  1. Connect harness assembly (5) .

  1. Connect hose assemblies (4) to tilt control valve (3) .

  1. Install cover assembly (2) to the left side of the front frame.

  1. Close access door (1) on the top of the front frame.

  1. Fill the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the capacity of the hydraulic tank. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

End By: Disconnect the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
