Pump Drive (Rear) from Engine - Separate

Start By:

  1. Remove the engine and the rear pump drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly , "Engine and Pump Drive (Rear) - Remove".

  1. Attach Tooling (A), Tooling (B), and a suitable lifting device to torque converter (2). The weight of torque converter (2) is approximately 1134 kg (2500 lb). Remove bolts (2). Remove torque converter (2).

  2. Attach a suitable lifting device to bracket (4). The weight of bracket (4) is approximately 63 kg (140 lb). Remove bolts (3) and bracket (4). Repeat for the other side.

  3. Attach a suitable lifting device to pump drive (5) and the attached pumps. The weight of pump drive (5) and the attached pumps is approximately 1610 kg (3550 lb). Remove bolts (6). Remove pump drive (5) and the attached pumps.
