Installation Procedure

Note: Check the condition of all O-ring seals, the gaskets, and the seals for wear of for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.

1. Attach a suitable lifting device to hoist, brake and pilot pump (8). The weight of hoist, brake and pilot pump (8) is approximately 70 kg (155 lb).

2. Install hoist, brake and pilot pump (8) and four bolts (7) .

3. Connect tube assembly (6) .

4. Connect hose assembly (5) .

5. Install tube assembly (3) and tighten two hose clamps (4) .

6. Tighten four hose clamps (2) .

7. Connect hose assembly (1) .

End By:

1. Install the hydraulic fan piston pump. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Piston Pump (Hydraulic Fan) - Install".
2. Install the firewalls. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Firewalls - Install".
3. Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
