Kebocoran Oli Engine di Sisi Luar Engine

Periksa kebocoran di seal pada setiap ujung crankshaft. Cari apakah ada kebocoran di gasket untuk bak penampung oli engine dan semua koneksi sistem pelumasan. Cari apakah ada oli engine yang mungkin bocor dari breather karter. Ini dapat disebabkan oleh kebocoran gas pembakaran di sekitar piston. Breather karter yang kotor akan menyebabkan tekanan tinggi di karter. Breather karter yang kotor akan menyebabkan gasket dan seal bocor.

Oli Engine Bocor ke Area Pembakaran Silinder

Oli engine yang bocor ke area pembakaran silinder dapat menjadi penyebab timbulnya asap biru. Ada beberapa kemungkinan penyebab mengapa oli engine sampai bocor ke area pembakaran silinder:

  • Seal batang katup gagal

  • Kebocoran di antara pengarah katup dan batang katup yang aus

  • Komponen yang aus atau rusak (piston, ring piston, atau kotornya lubang balik untuk oli engine)

  • Pemasangan ring kompresi dan/atau ring tengah yang salah

  • Kebocoran yang melalui cincin seal di poros turbocharger

  • Mengisi karter terlalu berlebih

  • Dipstick atau tabung pemandu salah

  • Pengoperasian yang terus-menerus dengan beban ringan

Konsumsi oli engine yang berlebih dapat juga terjadi jika oli engine dengan viskositas yang salah digunakan. Oli engine dengan viskositas yang encer dapat disebabkan karena kebocoran bahan bakar ke karter atau peningkatan temperatur engine.
