Installation Procedure

- Attach a suitable lifting device to rotor assembly (19). The weight of rotor assembly (19) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb). Position rotor assembly (19) on flywheel (21). Install bolts (20) .

- Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to generator housing (13). The weight of generator housing (13) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb).

- Position generator housing (13) on flywheel housing (18). Install bolts (17). Raise generator housing (13) and remove suitable cribbing under flywheel housing (18) .
- Remove Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device from generator housing (13) .

- Install bolts (16) on generator housing (13) .

- Install guard assembly (15) and bolts (14) on generator housing (13) .

- Connect harness assemblies (11) and (12) .

- Connect harness assemblies (6), (7), (8), (9), and (10) .

- Connect nut (5) to operator control panel (3). Install cover (4) on operator control panel (3) .

- Install air cleaner assembly (2). Connect hose (1) to air cleaner assembly (2) .
