An Updated Lines Group Improves Reliability In Certain Conditions {5057, 6203}

Description of Change: An updated lines group improves reliability. In certain conditions, material can build up behind the ejector. This material then pushes the hose against the drive shaft. The hose may be damaged when the hose contacts the drive shaft. The updated lines group has a new hose assembly and additional hardware.
Adaptable To: The updated 4T-3751 Ejector Lines is effective with the following machine:
- 627G (S/N: CEX414-UP)
- 627F (S/N: 1DL1-UP)
- 627G (S/N: AXF1-UP; CEX1-413)

- Place suction on the hydraulic circuit at the hydraulic tank.
- Disconnect the former 8X-3294 Hose As at the supply tube for the cylinder. Allow the cylinder to drain.
- Remove the former 8X-9294 Plate and install the new 231-4544 Plate As (2) with the existing hardware.
- Install clip (3), clip (4), and grommet (5), as shown.
- Use bolt (6), washers (7), and nut (8) in order to secure the clips and the grommet to plate (2) .
