Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Clean the mating surfaces of the front housing and front cover (5) .

- Install a new gasket and front cover (5) .
- Install bolts (3) .
- Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of stud (6). Install the nut on stud (6) .
- Install nut (4). Tighten the nut to a torque of 35 ± 5 N·m (26 ± 4 lb ft).
- Install engine lifting bracket (2) and bolts (1) .
