Attach a suitable lifting device to engine (19) and install engine (19). The weight of engine (19) is approximately 907 kg (2000 lb).

Install bolt (22).

Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for the opposite side of the engine.

Note: Apply Tooling (D) to the studs before installation.
Install the nuts and bolts (20) on housing (17).

Remove the suitable lifting device from engine (19).

Disconnect Tooling (C) from Tooling (B). Remove Tooling (B) from housing (17). Remove Tooling (C) from ROPS assembly (18).

Repeat Step 12 for the opposite side of the engine.

Use Tooling (A) in order to raise bottom guard (1) to case and frame assembly (3). Install bolts (2).
Fill the power train oil system. The capacity of the power train is approximately 144 L (38 US gal). Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Capacities - Refill" for the correct procedure.
Turn the fuel shutoff valves to the ON position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Fuel System Primary Filter/Water Seperator - Drain" for the correct procedure.

End By:

Install the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator and Aftercooler - Install".
Install the air cleaner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Cleaner - Remove and Install".
Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install".
