Disassembly Procedure

- Place alignment marks on the two housings and the cartridge assembly for the correct alignment during assembly.

- Loosen clamp assembly (2) .
- Remove compressor housing (1) from cartridge assembly (3) .
- Remove bolts (4) and plates (5) .
- Remove turbine housing (6) from cartridge assembly (3) .
