Water Pump - Install
Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
- Install a new gasket (8) (not shown). Install water pump (3) in the original location. Install bolts (7) .

- Connect hose (5) and hose (6) on water pump (3). Tighten hose clamps (1), (2), and (4) on water pump (3) .

- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7479, "Cooling System Level - Check" for the correct procedure.
End By: Install the fan and the fan guard. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Fan Guard - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
