Note: Check the O-ring seals, the gaskets and the seals for wear or for damage. Replace the components, if necessary.
- Support the transmission with the cribbing and wedges (1), as shown.

- Install Tool (A) and a suitable lifting device to transfer gear case (2) .

- Install O-ring seal (3) to transfer gear case (2). Install five O-ring seals (4) to transmission (5) .

- Position transfer gear case (2) to transmission (5). Transfer gear case (2) weighs 340 kg (750 lb).
- Install the nuts and bolts (6) that hold transfer gear case (2) to transmission (5).

- Connect clip (7) .
