Air Inlet and Exhaust System Operation

涡轮增压器压缩机叶轮 ( 5) 将来自空气滤清器的清洁进气通过进气口 ( 4) 吸入涡轮增压器压缩机。 通过旋转压缩机叶轮压缩空气。 通过旋转压缩机叶轮将空气吸入后冷器 ( 2)。 在空气到达每一个缸盖内的进气室之前,后冷器会降低这些被压缩的空气的温度。 从进气室流入气缸的空气是由进气门来控制的。

每一缸都有两个进气门和两个排气门。 请参阅系统操作 , "气门机构" 。 在进气冲程活塞向下移动时,进气门打开。 将冷却压缩后的空气吸入气缸。

进气门闭合,压缩冲程上的活塞向上移动。 当活塞快到压缩冲程上止点时,燃油被喷入气缸。 燃油与空气混合,开始燃烧。 燃烧所产生的力在作功冲程时向下推动活塞。 当活塞再次向上移动时,活塞处于排气冲程。 排气门打开,排气经由排气口被压入排气歧管 ( 1)。 排气冲程之后,排气门闭合,循环再次开始。

排气从排气歧管 (1 ) 进入涡轮增压器的涡轮机侧。 这些排气使得涡轮机叶轮 ( 6) 旋转。 涡轮机叶轮与驱动涡轮增压器上端压缩机叶轮 ( 5) 的轴相连。 排气经由排气口 ( 7) 排出。
