- Install Tooling (B) to the engine, as shown.

- Use a hoist to install the engine. The weight of the engine is 998 kg (2200 lb).
- Install two engine mounting bolts (38). The torque for two engine mounting bolts (38) is 900 ± 100 N·m (664 ± 74 lb ft).

- Install six torque converter to flywheel housing bolts (37) .
- Remove Tooling (A) .

- Connect transmission oil cooler lines (36) .

- Install guard (34) and three bolts (35). Repeat this step for the other side of the machine.

- Connect two electrical connectors (33) .

- Connect wire harness (32) and tighten the screw.
- Connect wire harness (32) and tighten the screw.

- Connect electrical connector (31) .
- Install air cleaner and tighten clamp (29) .
- Connect tube (28) .
- Connect positive cable (26) to the electric starting motor.

- Connect ground strap (27) and rod assembly (25) .
- Connect hose assembly (21) and (23) .

- Install bolt (22) (hidden) in order to attach transmission oil cooler line (24) to the frame.
- Install fan spider assembly (20). Use two people to install fan spider assembly (20). The weight of fan spider assembly (20) is 27 kg (60 lb).

- Install two-piece guard assembly (19) .
- Install condenser (18) .

- Install bolts (17). Repeat this step on the other side of machine.
- Remove oil filter (16) .

- Install the refrigerant compressor and plate (15) as one unit.
- Install two bolts (13) .
- Install oil filter (16) .
- Install belt (10) .
- Adjust the tension of belt (10) .
- Check the fan belt tension. Use a Kent Moore Company BT-33-97 gauge. The correct tension for a new V-belt is 534 ± 22 N (120 ± 5 lb). The correct tension for a used V-belt is 400 ± 44 N (90 ± 10 lb). A used V-belt has been active over 30 minutes at rated speed.
- Tighten nut (11) and bolt (12) .
- Connect electrical connectors (9) .

- Install guard (7) and hose (8) .

- Install two bolts (6) .

- Connect hoses (5) and tighten hose clamps.
- Connect wire (1) to the hydraulic tank (3) .

- Install cable tie (2) .
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU7140, "Cooling System Coolant (DEAC) - Change" for the correct procedure. The capacity of the cooling system is 56 L (14.8 US gal).
End By:
- Install the front drive shaft. Refer to Disassembly and AssemblyRENR3046, "Drive Shaft (Front) - Remove and Install".
- Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Remove" for the machine that is being serviced.
- Install the muffler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Muffler - Remove and Install" for the machine that is being serviced.
- Install the sweeps. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Sweeps - Remove and Install".
- Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect" for the machine that is being serviced.
