Removal Procedure

Note: If the blade is on the machine, remove the four hose assemblies on the tilt cylinders for the blade.

1. Remove bolts (1) and open door assemblies (2) .

2. Remove flanges (3) in order to remove hose assemblies (4) from control valve (5) .

3. Remove hose assemblies (6) .

4. Disconnect harness assembly (7) that is located at the bottom of the valve control.

5. Install Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to control valve (5). Remove bolts (8) and the nut.

6. Remove control valve (5). The weight of control valve (5) is approximately 34 kg (75 lb).
