Personal injury or death can result from a brake malfunction. Do not operate the machine if the parking brake was engaged due to a malfunction of the hydraulic oil system or the service brakes. Correct any problem before attempting to operate the machine.

1. Block the wheels in order to keep the machine from rolling when the parking brake is disengaged.

2. Install steering frame lock in the LOCKED position.

   Section A-A (1) Plate. (2) Bolts. (4) Chamber. (5) Spring.

3. Remove three bolts (2) from plate (1). Install the three bolts into holes (3). Holes (3) and bolts (2) are used to move plate (2). When the three bolts are tightened, springs (4) compress. When springs (4) compress, the parking brake disengages. This allows the machine to be moved when pressure oil can not be supplied to chamber (5).
