515 Wheel Skidder and 525 Wheel Skidder Caterpillar

The hydraulic oil level sight gauge is located on the left side of the machine.

1. Lower the decking blade to the ground. Move the tips of the grapple arms (tongs) together and lower the grapple to the ground.

2. Check the oil level sight gauge. The oil level should be between the "ADD" mark and the "FULL" mark.

3. If the oil level is low, open the access door on the top of the engine enclosure. Remove the hydraulic tank filler cap and add oil, if necessary.

4. Clean the filler cap and install the filler cap. Close the access door.
