Pressurized system: Hot coolant can cause serious burn. To open cap, stop engine, wait until radiator is cool. Then loosen cap slowly to relieve the pressure.

The cooling system pressure cap is located on the top of the engine enclosure at the front of the machine.

1. Remove the pressure cap slowly in order to release any pressure.

2. Maintain the coolant level within 13 mm (0.5 inch) of the bottom of the filler pipe.

   Note: If it is necessary to add coolant daily, check for leaks.

3. Inspect the pressure cap and the cap seal. Clean the cap with a clean cloth or replace the cap, if necessary. Install the pressure cap.

4. Check the radiator core for debris. Clean the radiator core, if necessary.
