The correct speed of the auger is 51 revolutions per minute (RPM). 51 RPM provides the auger with the right combination of torque and speed in order to properly load most materials into the scraper bowl.
If the auger is turning faster than 51 RPM, the auger may not have enough torque in order to properly load the material into the scraper bowl.
If the auger turns less than 51 RPM, the auger may not have enough speed. This can cause incorrect loading of the material into the scraper bowl.
