Removal Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the fan motor from the air conditioner and heater group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Conditioner and Heater Fan Motor - Remove and Install".

1. Remove four bolts (1) .

2. Disconnect two hose assemblies (2) .

3. Remove heater coil (3) .

1. Install heater coil (3) .

2. Connect two hose assemblies (2) .

3. Install four bolts (1) .

End By: Install the fan motor in the air conditioner and heater group. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Air Conditioner and Heater Fan Motor - Remove and Install".
