Disassembly Procedure

Start By:
- Remove the elevator motor. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Vane Motor (Elevator) - Remove". The information is in this manual.
- Put alignment marks on the pump for installation purposes.
- Remove plug (1) from cover (2) . Remove four bolts (3) and cover (2) from body (4) .

- Loosen retaining nut (5) and remove swivel adapter (6) from cover (2) . Remove O-ring seal (7) from cover (2) .

- Remove seal (8) and cartridge (9) from body (4) .

- Remove two bolts (10) , plate assembly (11) , ring (12) and dowel pins (13) from plate assembly (14) .

- Use Tool (A) to remove rotor assembly (15) from ring (12) .
