该步骤需要一个 0 到 25 mm (0 到 1 in) 的外部千分尺和一个行程为 32 mm (1.25 in) 的深度千分尺。

  1. 用外部千分尺测量护圈 (2) 的厚度。 在小量孔附近的三个位置测量护圈。 记录这三次测量的平均值。

  1. 在心轴 (1) 和车轮 (3) 中组装密封总成。 在车轮轴承上涂抹机油。 将车轮轴承和车轮安装在心轴上。

    螺栓拧紧次序

  1. 将轮毂 (6) 安装在心轴上。 将机油涂抹在五个螺栓 (4) 的螺纹上,并使用螺栓安装不带垫片的护圈 (2) 。 在图2中的所示位置安装五个螺栓 (4) 并用手拧紧。

  1. 用 90 ± 14 N·m (65 ± 7 lb ft) 的扭矩在护圈中拧紧螺栓 (4) 。 按照图2中所示的顺序拧紧螺栓。

  1. 旋转一圈车轮并再次将螺栓 (4) 拧紧至 90 ± 14 N·m (65 ± 7 lb ft) 的扭矩。

  1. 松开螺栓 (4) ,以使车轮在车轮轴承上稍微向下滑动。

  1. 用 40 ± 7 N·m (30 ± 5 lb ft) 的扭矩拧紧螺栓 (4) 。 按照图2中所示的顺序拧紧螺栓 (4) 。

  1. 旋转一圈车轮并再次将螺栓 (4) 拧紧至 40 ± 7 N·m (30 ± 5 lb ft) 的扭矩。

  1. 使用深度千分尺测量从护圈到心轴端的距离。 通过护圈中的三个小孔测量该距离。

  1. 记录三次深度测量的平均值。 计算在步骤1中测量的平均厚度之差和步骤9中测量的平均深度之差。 该差值是护圈和心轴端之间的间隙。

  1. 将 0.1 mm (.004 in) 加上在步骤10中测量的间隙。 该测量值是必须安装的垫片 (5) 的厚度。

    注: 该垫片必须满足步骤11中所测量的厚度 0.025 mm (.001 in)。

  1. 拆下护圈 (2) 。 安装必要数量的垫片 (5) 。

  1. 安装护圈 (2) 和 20 个螺栓 (4) 。 从护圈顶部开始。 如果机器具有较高的提升能力,将螺栓平稳拧紧至 475 ± 60 N·m (350 ± 45 lb ft) 的扭矩。 如果机器具有标准的提升能力,将螺栓平稳拧紧至 270 ± 40 N·m (200 ± 30 lb ft) 的扭矩。
