Installation Procedure

1. Check the condition of the O-ring seals on the ends of the hose assemblies. If any O-ring seals are damaged, use new parts for replacement. Lubricate the O-ring seals with clean hydraulic oil.

2. Attach Tooling (A), a hoist and a suitable lifting sling to main control valve (5).

3. Carefully install main control valve (5). The weight of the main control valve is 100 kg (220 lb).

4. Install three mounting bolts (6).

5. Connect eleven hose assemblies to main control valve (5).

6. Connect cable (4) to hoist control lever (3).

7. Fill the implement hydraulic tank with oil. For the correct procedure, refer to the Operation and Maintenance Manual for your machine.

8. Start the engine and check for leaks. Check for proper operation of the implement hydraulics.

9. Install cover assembly (2) on both sides of the front frame.

10. Close access door (1).

1. Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
