Engine Front Support - Remove

Start By:
- Remove the radiator. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Radiator - Remove ". The information is in this manual.
- Loosen clamps (1) from swivel (2). Remove swivel (2) from the elbow and from the muffler.

- Remove two bolts (3) that fasten the engine front support to the machine frame.

- Install tooling (A) and lift the front of the engine approximately 127 mm (5 inch).

- Remove ten bolts (4) that secure engine front support (5) to the trunnion. Use two people or use nylon lifting straps and a hoist in order to remove engine front support (5) from the trunnion. The weight of the engine front support is 25.5 kg (56 lb).
