All Caterpillar Products Equipped With Power Shift Transmissions And/Or Winches

Description of Change: Two new thrust discs are used in the power shift transmissions and the winches for Caterpillar equipment. Either one or both of the thrust discs are used between the planet gears and the carriers in the transmissions and the winches.

The new discs are black and made of a different material than the former washers. The former washers were yellow.

Adaptable As: The new 3T5834 Disc (washer) is a direct replacement for the former 7G896 Washer. The new 6P5005 Disc is a direct replacement for the former 7G894 Washer.
