3408 And 3412 Engines In All Applications
Description of Change: The thickness of the head gasket fire ring wrap in 3408 and 3412 Engines has been increased by .025 mm (.0010"). This improves the seal between the block and the liner flange, to prevent leakage of combustion gas into the coolant.
Adaptable To: The new gaskets are direct replacements for the former gaskets which are canceled.
