The Service Management Guide, Form SEBF3020, and the Service Methods and Equipment Guide, Form SEBF2000, have been discontinued. No further orders will be accepted or updates issued for these two publications. New guides, more in keeping with modern service and management techniques, are available. The Engine and Component Reconditioning Guide and Undercarriage Reconditioning Guide, offer more current information covering procedures, personnel, equipment and tools to fit today's age of specialization. SMCS Code Structure Information, which is currently included in the Service Management Guide will continue to be updated and distributed with the Service Information Retrieval System (SIRS).
