Induction Bearing Heater Available{0627}

Usage:

The 6V6996 Induction Bearing Heater is an easier and safer way to heat parts. It will heat tapered roller bearings, ball bearings, gears, rings and bushings; any part that must be press fit on a shaft. It will also heat tapered connecting rods before a replacement bushing is installed.

Induction heaters normally take 30-60 seconds to heat a part. Other types of heaters take 10-15 minutes.

The induction heater has a 110°C (230°F) temperature detector that will shut the heater off when the part reaches the correct temperature. It will also demagnetize a part after the heating cycle. The induction heater can heat parts that are 20 mm (.8") to 280 mm (11.0") inside diameter. The thickest material it can heat is 60 mm (2.4").

A 6V7118 Induction Bearing Heater is available in Europe. It operates on 220 volt 50 cycle power.
