Ignition System Timing - Check/Adjust
Časování zapalování se u plynových motorů liší podle chemického složení plynu. Nechte provést rozbor paliva a na jeho základě určete, zda je časování systému zapalování správné. Vyhodnoťte palivo pomocí Cat programu metanového čísla obsaženého v publikaci Propozice ke klasifikaci plynového motoru (GERP). Případně je možné poskytnout výsledky rozboru plynu prodejci společnosti Caterpillar, který pomůže při stanovení správného časování motoru pro vaši konkrétní aplikaci.
K seřízení časování použijte systém Cat Electronic Technician (ET). Seřiďte časování podle pokynů ve Zvláštních pokynech, REHS1438, "Installation and Initial Start-Up Procedures for G3500C and G3500E Engines". Podrobnosti vám sdělí CAT prodejce.
